VEG ATTA PIZZA WITHOUT YEAST
INGREDIENTS
- For pizza dough
- Atta -1cup
- Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
- salt-As per taste
- sugar-A little
- Curd-2Tsp
- Warm water-Nearly quarter cup
- For topping
- Mushroom -Cut into pieces
- Bell pepper- Cut into small square pieces
- mozzarella cheese (Grated)-As per need(I used 1/4 cup)
- Pizza sauce-1 & 1/2 Tsp
- Origano -A little
- Chilly flacks-A little
- In a bowl, add in ingredients for making pizza dough except for water.
- Mix all ingredients together and add Warm water little by little until the dough sticks to the hands.
- Knead the dough well until it becomes soft.
- Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 200-degree Celsius
- Wait until the oven is ready. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings
- Dry the mushrooms a little to ensure complete cooking
- In a pizza pan, stretch pizza dough on to the pizza pan. Using a fork make some dots on the pizza dough
- Spread pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese
- Add mushroom and bell pepper. (You can add your favourite vegetables)
- On to that add remaining cheese.
- Place it in the preheated oven for 12minutes(I baked in convection mode of the microwave oven
- Take the pizza out from the oven and sprinkle some oregano and chilly flakes on to it.
