VEG ATTA PIZZA WITHOUT YEAST

INGREDIENTS

  •       For pizza dough


  1. Atta -1cup
  2. Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
  3. Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
  4. salt-As per taste
  5. sugar-A little
  6. Curd-2Tsp
  7. Warm water-Nearly quarter cup
  •      For topping
  1.  Mushroom -Cut into pieces 
  2. Bell pepper- Cut into small square pieces
  3. mozzarella cheese (Grated)-As per need(I used 1/4 cup)
  4. Pizza sauce-1 & 1/2 Tsp
  5. Origano -A little
  6. Chilly flacks-A little
HOW TO PREPARE
  1. In a bowl, add in ingredients for making pizza dough except for water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and add Warm water little by little until the dough sticks to the hands.
  3. Knead the dough well until it becomes soft.
  4. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 200-degree Celsius
  5. Wait until the oven is ready. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings
  6.  Dry the mushrooms a little to ensure complete  cooking
  7. In a pizza pan, stretch pizza dough on to the pizza pan. Using a fork make some dots on the pizza dough
  8. Spread pizza sauce.
  9. Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese
  10. Add mushroom and bell pepper. (You can add your favourite vegetables)
  11. On to that add remaining cheese.
  12. Place it in the preheated oven for 12minutes(I baked in convection mode of the microwave oven
  13. Take the pizza out from the oven and sprinkle some oregano and chilly flakes on to it.
Delicious and healthy pizza is ready to be served
